2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Account Management
3.1 Password and Security

3.2 Account Transfer

3.3 Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed, unless it has been forfeited due to a breach of these Terms.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on cyg777 is ৳200. This minimum applies to all payment methods. Supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
Funds must be sent only from an account that is in your own name and has been verified. Deposits made using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the same account used to make the deposit.
KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed. If any suspicious activity is detected, the withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended. Additional verification may be required for recurring large withdrawals.
4.3 Currency and Conversion

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳16,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 for a total balance of ৳31,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirement has been met.
5.3 Bonus Rules
The following general rules apply to every bonus offer:
- A bonus may only be claimed once per person, per household, per IP address, or per device.
- cyg777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- If a specific bonus offer has an expiry period, it must be used within that period.
5.4 VIP Program Cashback
The cyg777 VIP program has four tiers. Bronze tier members receive up to 0.2% weekly cashback, Silver tier up to 0.5%, Gold tier up to 0.8%, and Platinum tier up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Cashback amounts are provided subject to specified conditions.
Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Conditions
All games operated on cyg777 are conducted according to defined rules. Game outcomes are determined by a secure random number generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the stake for that round will be returned.
6.2 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and each bet type, and are displayed in the game interface. Betting limits may differ when playing with bonus funds — in such cases, the maximum bet amount will be specified in the relevant bonus terms.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection or any other technical problem, the final result will be determined according to the server record. cyg777 will not bear responsibility for any client-side errors.
6.4 Sports Betting
For sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled, abandoned, or concluded before the scheduled time, the stake will generally be returned. Rules for specific betting markets will be stated in the relevant market description.
Prohibited Activities
The activities listed below are strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be in breach of these prohibitions will be terminated and deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited:
- Depositing funds of illegal origin or from unknown sources onto the platform (money laundering).
- Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses or exploiting system advantages.
- Any attempt to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or gaming systems.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or other programs to play games.
